Christmas can be an expensive time of year but if you are intentional it’s entirely possible to have a wonderful Christmas on a budget. In fact, sticking to a budget over the holiday season can help you to focus on the really important things. By choosing to stay away from the stores and buying second-hand or used items, or even forgoing gift-giving entirely, you can focus on the true meaning of Christmas. We’re not religious in this house, so we try to have quality time with family and focus on all the blessings we have in our lives. We try very hard not to give the kids too many gifts, as we are minimalists and we travel a lot – so bulky plastic toys have no place in our suitcases.
I’ve written and curated a lot of Christmas specific posts, so I thought it’d be handy to have them all in one place for you to access at your leisure. Click on the images or titles below to read more.
I’ll be adding more posts over the next few weeks.
